As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining effective governance, proposed amendments to the Wornum Family By-Laws will be presented for family review and consideration.

Voting Period Closes: Month Day, 2027
During the Reunion:
The proposed By-Laws amendments will be presented and discussed during the 2027 Wornum Family Reunion. Family members will have the opportunity to review the proposed changes, ask questions, provide feedback, and gain a better understanding of the updates before voting begins.
Updated By-Laws will be issued and made available by Month Year.

Quarterly meetings are held to discuss family organization business, upcoming initiatives, committee updates, and other matters.
